Wheeler calculates spoke lengths for wheel builders and keeps a record of every wheel you build.
ACCURATE SPOKE LENGTHS
Enter the rim, hub and lacing, and Wheeler gives the exact length for each side plus the length to order, rounded the way mechanics order spokes.
• Rim: ERD and spoke bed offset for asymmetric rims
• Hub: flange diameter, center to flange and spoke hole, for each side
• J-bend and straight-pull hubs (pitch circle diameter for straight-pull)
• Any spoke count, radial to 4-cross, with a separate pattern for each side
• Nipple adjustment and optional spoke stretch compensation from target tension and gauge
• Lacing diagram, and a warning when the cross pattern may overlap spoke heads
• Millimetres or inches

A BUILD LOG FOR YOUR WORKSHOP
Save each build with the customer, bike, front or rear, folder, tags and notes.
• Attach photos of the wheel, hub label or rim sticker
• Search by customer, bike, notes or tag; filter by folder; sort by date, name or length
• Open any saved build in the calculator again, or duplicate it for the next wheel
• Share the spoke lengths as text, with or without the customer's name (handy when ordering from a supplier)
• Export all builds to CSV and import them on another device
